Rob Dibble's duties with the Washington Nationals television crew are over. The team announced Wednesday that Dibble was removed from his job as analyst on its TV play-by-play crew, the Washington Post reports. The decision was made by the Nationals and not its broadcast partner, MASN. Ray Knight might finish the season working with play-by-play man Bob Carpenter, but for now his assignment lasts through the team's current road trip. Dibble has not been on a Nationals telecast since Aug.
